Erawan Shrine
You can see the dancers in the background - if you pay them (I have no idea how much) they'll dance for you. Good for your karma!

Christmas Tank 1
Don't ask, I have no idea. The decorations for Christmas are outrageous here. If you think Christmas in the US is commercial, come to Bangkok - it's far gaudier and devoid of any spiritual meaning.

Woman Arranging Dolls
Really, I have no idea. She arranged some dolls in the holes on the Christmas tree and then took a picture.

Outdoor Eating by Lumpini Park 1
At night in this parking lot (which is seemingly never a parking lot) stalls set up shop, tables are put down and families come to eat. It's very Thai and very homey. It's also next to six lanes of traffic and the BTS Skytrain.
The smell is fabulous and some of the food is even identifiable.
